    Attach two green H Additions
      on your 24" ruler

    Left-handers:
    Attach them to the left side.

    Built-in Alignment Tabs make it easy to attach them flush against the ruler's edge, so
    they
    are aligned accurately.

    Step 6:

    The secret to sewing accurately
    is a Scant ¼" seam allowance:

    What is a Scant 1/4"?

    A scant ¼" is a seam allowance sewn slightly less than a full ¼".

    This compensates for the thread and the fold, so the finished seam measures an accurate ¼". Your pieces will match and your points will be sharp.

    Without a scant 1/4", your seams will end up wider than a full 1/4". The discrepancy can add up, so that your finished quilts can end up a little smaller than intended.

    After cutting accurate pieces
    sew them together accurately
    using the Seam Guide Setter.
